Instead of right clicking each scene/slide to delete, allow multiple selection and then delete button or with delete key on keyboard.

Could use this multiple selection for applying other things to a specific set of slides at once.

Sounds like a good idea! I have to think a bit of how the mechanism for selecting multiple scenes at once would look like since the selected scene is the one displayed in the canvas at the moment.
